Return & Refund Policy

7-day return window — We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, in case of damaged or defective products. Refunds are processed the same day we receive the returned package.

Eligibility for return

A return is accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all included items
  • Proof of damage (photograph) is shared at the time of raising the request

Non-returnable situations

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products that have been used, placed in a puja space, or show signs of wear
  • Returns without prior communication and approval from our team
  • Change of mind after purchase

How to initiate a return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Share your order number, a photograph of the damage, and your registered name. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive the returned package and verify its condition, the refund is processed the same day to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping for returns

In cases where the product was damaged due to our error or in transit, we will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup. In other eligible cases, return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
